Laser Sailing Panama
Laser Sailing Panama (LSP) is the National District Member for the Central & South America region within the International Laser Class Association (ILCA) for Panama -- LSP is run and managed by Sea Masters Academy Panama.

​As a SMAP member, you automatically become a member of the class association for the boat you are currently sailing. Optimist sailors become members of Optimist Sailing Panama, the Panamanian representative of the International Optimist Dinghy Association (IODA). Laser sailors become members of Laser Sailing Panama (LSP), the National District Member for Panama within the International Laser Class Association (ILCA) for the Central & South America region.

The International Laser Class Association (ILCA) is a self-administered, self-funded international organization that provides coordination, organization, and communication for the class worldwide.
ILCA is like a worldwide sailing club specifically for owners of ILCA sailboats and people interested in sailing them.

Why Join ILCA Panama
To race in a ILCA-Panama sanctioned regatta you are required to be a member of Laser Sailing Panama.
